The H4 is sounded for a gas leak on a matrix of medium pressure gas line to the wall of a house located in a beautiful area of Las Condes. When we arrived, as expected, a strong gas odor perceptible to one hundred meters away.
The shutter was made by us by means of a bracelet ("abrasadera") and a layer of rubber ("Goma"). About twenty minutes we were required to completely block the leak.
In the end the team's specialized gas network has secured the intervention using a special key.
Interesting approach a disaster like this, knowing that one of us (Jean-Pierre Chereau, the head of surgery) had to withdraw and remove his gloves to cook hot mechanism caused by the leak. From my side, my precious gloves attack preserved me from this pain. :)
