That was about two weeks that the intervention did little edifying. Thus the head of the guard at night decided to take matters in hand this past week, and we therefore take three maneuvers in the space of seven days. This can seem little, but here it's huge. And the result is surprising ...
It's amazing that when one little maneuver, it takes awareness of the importance of repeated technical combos (unite, open, extend, etc.).. After intensive enough these days (two to three hours of pure maneuvers each time) I feel safe. After each of these time courses, we have discussed, asked questions, open discussions. We really need to debrief a maneuver to improve it! Some examples:
We have noticed that in approaching our mooring holder launches, our maneuver launches scale, we obtained a loop whose inclination allowed manipulation launches more comfortable and reducing the weight of the pipe on shoulder.
Here, we observed that it could be dangerous, with some shoes of ladders, to pass the pipe without water too near the foot of the amounts, because bulging under the shoe, the hose just turn the scale. And without the quick thinking of two of us, the maneuver would have ended in tragedy ...

I think it is really (but really!) necessary to train as much as possible about the basic maneuvers. And next, it goes without deepening more advanced topics (extractions, cuts, chemical interventions, etc.)..
